We will ensure that all part numbers are clearly identifiable through labeling or marking. Disputes arising from non-original factory packaging will not be accepted in such cases.

If the customer opts to pick up the goods using their own agent, it will be deemed that the goods have been received and inspected as satisfactory. Any subsequent claims for missing or damaged items will not be accepted after delivery to another destination.
For items received, please inspect the products immediately upon delivery. Any quality issues must be reported immediately with supporting photos or videos for claims.
Due to the unique one-time sealing and secure packaging of parts, the packaging cannot be resealed once opened. We verify the package count against the packing list upon receipt from the factory but do not inspect the contents. Any missing items must be reported at the time of delivery, with photos and videos as proof for claims.

Q11: Warranty and Payment Terms
Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (where applicable). Warranty periods and policies are determined by the official manufacturer. Misuse, human-induced damage, or other non-quality issues are not covered under warranty.
